Are your dress-up costumes machine washable?

We recommend spot treating your wings, costume or hat and laying it flat to dry. For more stubborn stains, place your item(s) in a mesh bag and wash on a gentle setting using cool or lukewarm water. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not iron tulle. 

Please note that our Firefly Costume contains battery-powered lights and, as such, should not be washed.

When will I receive my order?

We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days, depending on current order volume. You will have a variety of shipping methods to choose from during checkout. 

How can I track my order? 

Tracking information can be found in your order confirmation email. If you cannot locate it, please contact us for support.

Can I add a gift note or gift wrap to my order?

Sending a gift to someone special? We’d be happy to include a personalized message for you! Simply email hello@jackbenimblekids.com and let us know what you’d like your handwritten gift message to say. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do! Please use our automated checkout process to calculate international shipping costs to your country.

What is your return policy?

Changed your mind or need a different size? We accept returns on unwashed/unworn items with their original tags that are postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please note that a $10 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund per prepaid shipping label used, and that any original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Some exceptions apply. Gift cards, Sale items, and other items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable.

International returns will incur a $35 return shipping fee.

What materials do you use? 

We strive to use natural materials whenever possible. Every Jack Be Nimble Kids dress-up costume or pretend play toy is made from natural fibers such as cotton, linen and canvas.
